A Day With POPS

Last week my dad had a day off from work so Rachel & I decided we needed to have a "POPS day".  We took off and headed to a local theme park with the boys.  It was a perfect day. The theme park was not crowded, the weather was perfect, and we had the best day.

As soon as we entered the park, both Elliott & Zachary needed to get a map. They sat down and decided the events of the day.  It was hilarious watching these two decide the routes. 

The first ride was the new ride.  Boy did we get soaked.  The boys LOVED it.

The sheriff came over to our lunch table. He gave the boys some deputy badges. The boys were thrilled!

Yes, that is my dad with his cookie monster hat on backwards. Pops got grandpa of the year after squeezing himself into this bug ride with Z. Zachary insisted that Pops ride this with him. Boy was it a sight to see.
